IT’S ON AGAIN — SKETCH BATTLE RETURNS!

Once is not enough, so we’re back at it for an all-new Sketch Battle – SEMA Edition! In honor of this year’s virtual SEMA360 SEMA Show, FCA Head of Design Ralph Gilles and Head of Ram Truck and Mopar Design Mark Trostle challenge you to create the ultimate Mopar SEMA concept vehicle. Just like last time, this battle is for anyone, any age, anywhere. But there’s a twist: Two rounds to name the winner.

Round One: Submit your sketch in the comments section of the FCA North America Facebook page, Sketch Battle post (10/29 @ 9:30 a.m.) and use #DriveforDesign. Current high school and college art students can list the name of their school and anticipated graduation dates on their sketch. On Thursday, Nov. 5 at 4 p.m., Ralph and Mark will select their Top 10 sketches via Facebook Live, where they will offer their thoughts on each sketch and answer fan questions. The Top 10 winners get to rework their sketches for Round Two.

Round Two: The Top 10 have a chance to resubmit their sketches on or before 5 p.m. Eastern on Monday, Nov. 16 via FCA North America’s Facebook Messenger or Twitter Direct Message.

On Thursday, Nov. 19, Ralph and Mark will select their Top Three favorites. Those artists win virtual one-on-one time with Ralph and Mark and their sketches will be posted on the design chiefs’ Instagram channels. Fans and followers can then vote on their choice for “Fan Favorite” via Instagram, with the winning sketch featured on the FCA North America social media channels.
