Truck Tuesday: The Jeep® brand and combat veteran Noah Galloway team up for ‘Jeep Gladiator to Gladiator’ digital and social contest

The Jeep® brand and Purple Heart recipient Noah Galloway are teaming up to give a veteran an all-new 2020 Jeep Gladiator Rubicon through the “Jeep Gladiator to Gladiator” digital and social contest.

The initiative between the brand and the U.S. Army veteran celebrates veterans of the U.S. Armed forces by giving consumers an opportunity to nominate one veteran for a chance to win an all-new 2020 Jeep Gladiator Rubicon.

“The Jeep brand’s long-standing legacy of supporting our armed forces goes back nearly 80 years,” said Jim Morrison, Head of Jeep Brand – FCA North America. “This year, with Purple Heart recipient and combat veteran Noah Galloway, we wanted to find a way to honor those who have selflessly served our country. Our ‘Gladiator to Gladiator’ initiative gives our Jeep brand fans and followers the opportunity to acknowledge the veterans in their lives and give one the chance to take home an all-new Jeep Gladiator.”

Consumers can nominate a U.S armed forces veteran with a personal video explaining why they are a “Gladiator” for a chance to win an all-new 2020 Jeep Gladiator Rubicon.

The 60-second (or less) video should explain why the veteran of their choice is a “Gladiator” in their life. The video will be judged by the Jeep brand, along with Galloway, who will choose the winner.

Consumers can learn more details about the contest and how to enter by watching this video featuring Galloway.

Submissions for the contest will be accepted from Tuesday, Nov. 5 through Saturday, Nov. 30 at jeepgladiatortogladiator.com.

The winner of the contest to be announced in early December by Galloway.

This contest marks the second giveaway from the Jeep brand and Galloway. The two teamed up last April to launch “Find Your Freedom,” a contest that gave contestants the chance to win a one-year salary of $100,000 to take time off to enjoy the Jeep lifestyle.

Hello from the Motor City! I’m Edward Cardenas and I’m multimedia editor for FCA US. As a lifelong Detroiter, I have been surrounded by the automotive industry. I’ve had members of my immediate and extended family work in the industry. I’ve covered it as a journalist and advocated for it as a communications professional. I have also experienced the thrills of the industry while riding in a race car at nearly 200 miles per hour. Having this breadth of experience, I look forward to drawing upon my experiences to bring a wide range of stories, photos and videos about Chrysler, FIAT and Alfa Romeo to FCA Digital Media. When I’m not covering my brands, I’m spending time with my wife and two boys.
