New technology, interiors coming to Chrysler vehicles in 2018

The most awarded minivan of 2017 gets even better in the 2018 model year.

Since Chrysler unveiled the entirely redesigned Pacifica, the minivan has received dozens of honors recognizing the technological advancements, unique design and amenities of the sixth-generation minivan.

Entering a new model year, Chrysler took the Pacifica and gave it more amenities. All 2018

Chrysler Pacifica and Pacifica Hybrid models will feature the standard SafetyTec Group, which includes ParkSense Rear Park Assist with Stop, Blind-spot Monitoring and Rear Cross Path detection.

Chrysler also added the Chrysler Pacifica L entry-level model and the Touring Plus model for the Chrysler Pacifica Hybrid.

Other enhancements in the Pacifica lineup include:

  • Upgraded Uconnect 4 systems for the 2018 Chrysler Pacifica and Pacifica Hybrid
  • Apple CarPlay and Android Auto standard on all models
  • Uconnect 4 7-inch touchscreen radio standard on L, LX, Touring and Touring L models
  • Two new exterior paint colors: Copper Pearl Coat and Ocean Blue Metallic

The Chrysler 300 lineup also has been repositioned for 2018 with the Touring, Touring L, 300S, Limited and 300C. Some of the highlights for the new model year include a new entry-level Touring model that offers cloth interior and 17-inch aluminum wheels; available 20-inch aluminum wheels on the Limited model and a new Mocha leather interior option on Limited and 300C models. Offering best-in-class V-8 horsepower and torque the Chrysler 300C comes standard with the 5.7-liter HEMI V-8.
