Mopar, a brand born in the United States, continues to expand around the world. The latest example of its international reach is the brand’s presence, for the first time ever, at the Bologna Motor Show in Italy.
Under the new tagline “At Your Service,” visitors to the Mopar stand can view exclusive accessories and performance parts developed in conjunction with the teams that engineer FCA vehicles.
On a stand where personalization really is king, one of the highlights is the iconic Jeep® Wrangler fitted with the new MoparONE Pack, which includes accessories and lift kits approved for the European market. The pack includes a 2-inch lift kit, steering stabilizers, protection plates and 17-inch black aluminum rims with oversized tires.
To further enhance the unique personality of the Wrangler Rubicon, the vehicle includes exclusive Mopar accessories, such as chrome exhaust, black light bar with halogen lights and air intakes embedded in the hood. The MoparONE Pack allows Jeep Wrangler owners in Europe to enjoy customization with the peace of mind provided by factory-backed parts fully homologated for the European market.
The Mopar brand’s focus is not only on metal. Another attraction of the stand is the Uconnect LIVE system, available for the 5-inch, 6.5-inch and 7-inch HD touchscreen tablet-effect devices. Uconnect LIVE services allow European drivers to control a number of applications through the touchscreen, especially designed for safe use while driving. To use the services, customers simply download the Uconnect LIVE App from their smartphone’s Apple App Store or Google Play Store.
And the brand also offers some action outside the show. Near the test drive area, visitors can explore Mopar Express Care, the innovative Mopar service that offers a fully mobile FCA assistance network to repair customers’ vehicles or install accessories wherever they may be, at home or at the office.
The Mopar brand is now represented in more than 150 markets worldwide and has a network of 53 parts distribution centers and 42 commercial offices, offering over half a million parts and accessories through more than 20 million square feet of warehousing.
